I bring a unique perspective; the initials after my name are MBA, SHRM-CP. I earned another master’s degree in education and human development, and have nearly 10,000 hours of coaching experience. By combining executive coaching with executive function coaching, I deliver an integrated approach to developing both programs and people. I've spent close to a decade developing and refining a Neuroscience of Learning training series; I've shared parts of it with college students, professionals, and even prisoners at San Quentin Prison.I want to share all of it with you.Through engaging and inclusive training programs, along with one-to-one and group coaching, we’ll empower your team to think clearer, work smarter, and grow stronger.

Well, in some ways I hope so! That's the point. And, I design the schedule to fit your team’s rhythm, minimizing disruption to your workflow. Modules can be delivered all in one day for an intensive learning experience, or spread out over several weeks with one session per week. Coaching sessions are flexible as well, typically running over a few weeks with at least three sessions to ensure meaningful progress.
